How does per-vehicle pricing and the onboarding fee* work?
Single depot ($89 / vehicle / mo) and Multi-depot ($129 / vehicle / mo) are billed monthly per active vehicle, plus onboarding fee*. *The onboarding fee depends on the number of operating sites, user seats, active vehicles, and the level of historical/legacy data import required (rate cards, customer CRM records, vehicles, drivers, and accounting history).
What is included in onboarding and data import?
Our onboarding team configures your operating sites/terminals, user roles and seats, FMCSA USDOT authority and fleet roster, articulated rate cards, ELD/telematics connections, and legacy data imports from your previous dispatch or accounting software.
How does the trial work?
Create an account and your workspace is live immediately — no credit card required. When the trial ends, pick a plan and continue from where you left off; your data carries over.
What's in the demo?
A real tenant provisioned from your work email, preloaded with your fleet shape, pricing catalog, and sample trips. The passenger vertical is live today; freight and service follow in later passes. Delete the tenant anytime.
